Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on Ayusi Jewels will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days after we receive your order.

  • “Dispatch” means we hand over your package to our courier partner for delivery.

Shipping Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the courier partner’s service.

  • Typically, orders are delivered within 3–8 business days across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1500.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number through email or WhatsApp/SMS (depending on availability).

  • You can use this to track your package in real time.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are correct.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, delay or non-delivery may occur.

  • In case the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges will apply.

Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, or issues from the courier company’s side.

  • Ayusi Jewels is not responsible for delays after dispatch, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

Damaged / Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is currently available on request. For bulk or international orders, contact us via WhatsApp.
