Incorrect or outdated delivery address

PO Box or incomplete address formats

Three failed delivery attempts by the courier

Package refusal by the recipient

Size issues (please refer to our size guides before placing an order)

Used, worn, or tampered products
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.

Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging materials intact.
π Note: As we currently do not offer pickup service, we kindly request you to arrange the return shipping to our provided address.

The product appears different from what was imagined

Size mismatch (please check our size guide before placing an order)

The item has been used, worn, or altered

Replacements will be provided only for the same design and color of a defective product.
