  • A wrong item was shipped

Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Send us an unboxing video clearly showing the entire package opening process from the very beginning.

  • Share the video via Instagram DM or email us at ayusijewels@gmail.com.


❌ Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address

  • PO Box or incomplete address formats

  • Three failed delivery attempts by the courier

  • Package refusal by the recipient

  • Size issues (please refer to our size guides before placing an order)

  • Used, worn, or tampered products

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective product

  • An incorrect item was sent

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging materials intact.

🚚 Note: As we currently do not offer pickup service, we kindly request you to arrange the return shipping to our provided address.

  • The product's color or design doesn’t meet personal expectations

  • The product appears different from what was imagined

  • Size mismatch (please check our size guide before placing an order)

  • The item has been used, worn, or altered

  • Replacements will be provided only for the same design and color of a defective product.

  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or process a refund.
